Drink a mug of whey per day or take it’s equivalent in concentrated whey (i.e. Molkosan) which may be a tablespoonful, to prevent the risk of diabetes. That should provide full protection for anyone up to eleven stone in weight. But will the same amount be enough to provide full protection, for someone two or three times that weight? I doubt it. The reason the Lactic Acid protects the pancreas, is a rather complex one but you can take it from me that it does.

Take in lots of Lactobacillus on a daily basis. You can get it from the following products: Buttermilk, live yoghurt, proper cottage cheese or Indian ghee. That was the semi – liquid butter for the Sub-continent. It is also in sour rhubarb. That along with cheese was the LA system for the Far East.

Stew the rhubarb slowly in it’s own juice and then when it cools a little, mash it up well. Store it at room – temperature, until it is covered with spots of mould and even a beard on it. Only then is it properly soured.

After the mould has been removed, it can then be stored in the fridge. Don’t keep fridge setting too low otherwise the rhubarb will freeze. The sour rhubarb can be sweetened to taste and taken daily. Young rhubarb stalks are much better for this than coarse ones. There should be no fertilizer or anything else used to grow it.

That bacterium can also be got from sour cabbage water. Boil a pot of cabbage in the normal way. Allow it to simmer for about six hours. The more colouring in the water the better. There’s a certain amount of Lactobacillus in the air, so when the water cools its attracted into it. Store at room- temperature for about two days, to allow the bacteria time to breed. Then drain the water off and store in a not-too-cold fridge.

Drink two whiskey glasses of it per day, in place of yoghurt or rhubarb. If there is cancer to be cleared, make that three glasses per day. That water also contains all minerals that are in grown food. That cabbage water can be used to transfer the LA bacterium into today’s bought foods.

A little of it can be sprinkled over soda or wheaten bread or any other bread, which is made using buttermilk. The bread should then be stored for two days, before we start to use it. A little of it can be used to transfer the bacterium to bought cheese. The cheese can then be used the next day.

A white build-up on the back of the tongue – is a sure sign that the LA bacterium level is too low – and needs further topping up. So apart from that and the blood pressure reading, how might you know when your LA bacterium is brilliantly high? When you can wear a white collar for a week without dirtying it.

Someone like that – even if they never wash their body – will have far cleaner skin than someone with a low bacterium count – who washes it daily. A runny ear is usually another sign that it’s too low.

When a breast-feeding mother has a high level of Lactobacillus – she is passing it to her child in her milk – and giving the child the best possible start in life. When we are living as we should be – that bacterium should be starving in the body – for the lack of the toxins that it lives on.

When taking sufficient of the LA bacterium, it will also prevent the following fungal related conditions: BO, heartburn, thrush, IBS, Crohn’s disease, colitis, yeast type problems, cataract, gallstones and kidney stones. When the Lactobacillus level is high – it helps to keep the chest clear and would therefore – greatly reduce the number of asthmatics. The same should prevent quite a lot of other fungal-type conditions.

It will prevent DVT, muscular cramp and all other circulatory problems. It will also lower optic pressure which, when too high can lead to blindness. It should also prevent blackouts.

Guys who spend a lot of time fishing, tend to be healthier for it. That’s because around inland waterways, there is quite a lot of Lactobacillus in the air.

In the years ahead as there becomes more and more toxins in the air we breathe – it will be vitally important that everyone has the highest possible level of Lactobacillus – to deal with those toxins as well.

Aluminium should be avoided as cookware. When cooking using salt, the salt takes the aluminium into the food being cooked. With aluminium being light, it deposits on the brain and causes very serious diseases to it. One of them will be senile dementia, brought on by a lifetime of taking in aluminium. We don’t need more aluminium, than what is in food naturally.

Set five large garlic bulbs up close to the kitchen ceiling. For this part of the world, they should be changed each year in early October. They are then in a good way of working, by the time the worst of the Winter viruses start to arrive. You will be surprised at how much weight the bulbs lose, in the course of a year.

The best materials to hold the fumes – are the old ones like wool, cotton and linen. New denim will be too well sealed, to allow the fumes into the cotton. When working outside in windy weather, we could do with a top-up of the fumes between meals.

Even with wearing the right type of fabrics – it’s not enough to protect you – for a whole working day away from it. So ideally there would be garlic in dining areas everywhere.

It would be on every hospital ward and in old peoples homes. It would be in pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinemas and theatres etc. In a building it is best placed above an entrance – where people are filing in and out – but furtherest away from an outside door.

If garlic were used to the extent that it can be, there would be no need to vaccinate against any of the airborne viruses. Furthermore – a terrorist could release a deadly virus in a city – without anyone knowing it had been released.

When a family is protecting it’s self in this way – all doors and windows should be kept shut throughout the Winter –and right up to the start of Summer. Even then the air in the kitchen shouldn’t be changed much – because viruses like meningitis and pneumonia – can strike at any time of the year.

If twenty large garlic bulbs on a hospital ward – doesn’t stop the spread of an airborne virus – increase the number of bulbs until it does. There is probably too much change of air in hospitals for this to work.

If you can’t get garlic, there are a couple of other options. Keeping an onion growing in a glass of water – in a kitchen window – will do the same thing. It shouldn’t be kept behind curtains at night. Our older houses had shutters, instead of curtains.

Most of today’s onions have been refrigerated and therefore won’t grow. The other option is to cut two large onions in half – and set them cut-face up – where the garlic should be.

Back when we were taking sufficient LA bacterium on a daily basis, we could also safely take whatever salt we needed. The average working man had a daily salt intake, of four- and-a- half teaspoonfuls and a woman had three. That’s the salt it took to toughen man, for the hard grind that was Victorian Britain.

When taking a lot of salt, we also drank a lot of water. That kept the system flushed and healthy. I am not suggesting that we need that amount of salt today. Well – not except you are someone expending a lot of energy – over the course of a long day.

When you are overdoing the salt, there will appear groves in the thumbnails. Ignore that and there will be other signs. Sensitive skin will break out in a rash. It will also raise the blood pressure – which if allowed to go high enough – could still kill. As the sodium level in the body becomes too high, it becomes impossible to keep the Lactobacillus level high.

The average person will be taking in at least four times the amount of salt that’s needed, but that doesn’t matter as long as the kidneys are in good condition. They keep clearing the salt and all other excess minerals, especially at night when we are asleep. But too much salt will destroy the kidneys. Then they mightn’t clear very much sodium, potassium or other minerals.

There is far too much salt in today’s food for the young, the old and anyone else who is inactive – for whatever reason. Because salt is very cheap – there’s a great temptation for food manufacturers and fast food outlets – to use a lot of it. This is one important area, where the Medical Profession could and should take action.

If we were to cut out sugar and anything that contains much of it, we could then go back to taking some more fat. If that were to happen, it would greatly reduce the need for joint replacements. The body is like a machine the moving parts need oiled.

During the ‘hard grind’ that I have mentioned – it wasn’t uncommon to be on your feet – fourteen out of sixteen waking hours – but the joints still done us our day.

Most of the fat we took back then, was rendered pig fat. Today’s pig fat is nowhere near as healthy as it had been – so I would suggest we should use either olive oil or vegetable oil.

For the benefit of the vertebrae, lie on a firm bed. The spring of the mattress is quite sufficient, and as some of us would say: “you shouldn’t lift anything heavier than your pay packet”.

We didn’t eat much fruit in the past. The main benefit to eating quite a lot of fruit and vegetables at present is that it leaves us needing less higher toxin foods

Take exercise and try not to go over-weight. If you go much over-weight even once – it changes the body’s metabolism and leaves it a constant struggle – to control the weight thereafter. Pregnant women shouldn’t pay much attention to this part, though. In that case just do what the body tells you to do.

One of the best forms of exercise is to march carrying weight. That’s what kept armies fit for thousands of years and just remember there are few things worse for the skin, than sunshine.

Heated olive oil was used to soften hard earwax. Methylated spirits had quite a number of applications, anything from a runny ear to mange on a dog. Some people even drank it but we are unlikely to meet any of them. Brush the teeth night and morning with salt, using the finest toothbrush available.

With very little more attention they should do us our day. If you are a guy and you want your hair to leave, just keep on shampooing it. If it’s not leaving fast enough try wearing a flat cap. If someone in your area has a facial twitch or speech impediment, which you would like just keep imitating them and you should have it in no time.

Back when a large number still worked on the land, dinner was served about 12.30 PM. Those that could, had a short nap immediately afterwards. That short nap was worth another two hours sleep at night. Hence an old saying: “After dinner rest a while. After supper walk a mile”.

It is already medically known – that it takes a fairly active brain – to encourage the body to take from the food – the nutrients that are needed. That’s why a lot of old patients need certain things supplemented. But if someone has either brain damage or just naturally low brainpower – they may need them supplemented – long before the on-set of old age.

Some people who are non-medics would say – that the worst thing an alcoholic can do – is to stop drinking for a couple of years and then start again. Medics disagree. They would say that it gives the organs time to rejuvenate. So who is right? The non-medics.

Here is the reason: The body is the sum total of everything that it is made up of. As we know the body can suffer from shock which, if severe can be quite debilitating or even fatal.

So – when the alcoholic starts to drink again after such an interval – the organs haven’t just to deal with the abuse again – they also suffer from shock. Quite often the combination of both, will prove too much and they will pack up.  But in general terms, a problem drinker is one who doesn't buy his round.

If your doctor prescribes a drug – which increases the heart rate – it indicates that it is poison to your system. That’s the body’s natural way of clearing poison. We are all aware of the problems caused by illegal drugs – but there’s a legal drug doing this people more harm – than all illegal drugs put together – and that is caffeine. Most of the caffeine consumed is from coffee. If we like coffee we should have some in the first half of the day. That way it doesn’t affect our sleep.

If non-massaged life-expectancy figures are published – they will paint a very different picture – to the one we are being shown. We are being greatly misled by a Medical Profession – keen to show that it is doing a good job – when in fact it is doing a lousy job.
